When you voluntarily submit an enquiry, you provide: the service you are asking about, the city or municipality of the property, your first and last name, email address, telephone number, an optional closing date, and any optional additional information you choose to include.

You also confirm that you agree to be contacted about your enquiry. A hidden field is included on the form solely to help identify automated spam submissions and is not visible to you.

We also record the website source, the referring page, any standard advertising parameters present in the link you used (such as utm source, medium, campaign, term and content), and the language in which you submitted the enquiry. This metadata helps us understand how visitors reach the firm and respond to enquiries.

The website stores your language preference (English, French or Spanish) in your browser so that the site continues to display in your chosen language. If you make a choice about optional advertising measurement, that choice is also stored in your browser.

The website itself does not set advertising cookies unless you choose to allow advertising measurement as described below. Basic technical information, such as the browser and device information needed to display and secure the website, may be processed in the normal operation of the site.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you about your prospective real estate transaction, and assess whether the firm can act for you.

We use technical and metadata to operate, display and protect the website, to understand in general terms how visitors reach the site, and to meet applicable legal and professional obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a lawyer-client relationship. We do not use the information you submit for unrelated marketing.

This website and its enquiry form are hosted and processed on the Base44 platform, which provides the application hosting, database and the function that processes your enquiry.

When you submit an enquiry, the information is sent by email to aj@thinkresults.ca using the Base44 email service so that the firm can respond to you. The lead record is also stored in the Base44 database associated with this website.

The Base44 platform and its email service are cloud-based services, and Google, where you allow it, is located outside Canada. Your information may be processed or stored by these providers outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not represent that all information is stored exclusively in Canada.

Separately from the information needed to operate the website and respond to your enquiry, this site uses Google Ads measurement to understand which Google ads bring visitors to the site and which visits lead to a completed enquiry.

Where applicable law permits implied consent, your continued use of this website after notice of these practices signifies consent to the advertising measurement described in this policy, unless you opt out. You may disable optional measurement through Measurement choices without affecting your ability to browse or contact us. This provision does not replace express consent where required by law.

For visitors in Canada, optional advertising measurement operates by default under this implied-consent model. For visitors in regions where prior consent is required, including the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, measurement remains blocked unless you affirmatively allow it using the control on this page. The regional determination is made by Google from your IP address, not by this website using your browser language, timezone or the page you visited.

The measurement is non-personalized: ad personalization, remarketing, enhanced conversions and automatic form-field collection are OFF. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, property address, enquiry text, questionnaire answers or uploaded documents to Google for advertising measurement.

Advertising measurement is optional and is not necessary to browse the website, contact the firm, or submit an enquiry. The enquiry form and email delivery to the firm work whether or not measurement is permitted.

You can disable optional measurement at any time on this page. Disabling it stops future measurement and removes the measurement cookies set by the Google tag under our control; it does not fire a retrospective measurement for earlier visits. We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for record-keeping consistent with applicable legal and professional obligations applicable to an Ontario law firm.

We take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality and security of the information you submit, subject to the limits of the cloud services described above. No method of transmission or electronic storage is fully secure.

Subject to applicable legal and professional obligations, you may ask for access to or correction of the personal information you submitted, or withdraw any consent you gave, by contacting aj@thinkresults.ca.
